We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team in Centurion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills, a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The role involves creating user manuals, technical documentation, and process guidelines that help our users understand and navigate our technology seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards.
• Maintain a library of technical documentation that can be easily accessed and updated.
• Engage with end-users to gather feedback and improve documentation usability.
• Support the development of content for our knowledge base and help center.
• Lead documentation projects from conception through completion.
• Work with graphic designers to create visual aids that enhance the written content.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
• Technical writing certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing and documentation
