Job Description

We are looking for a talented Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bloemfontein. As a Chemical Engineer, you will be involved in designing chemical processes, conducting experiments, and optimizing production methods. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in chemical engineering and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop experimental designs and execution plans.
• Monitor production processes and analyze performance data.
• Implement quality control measures to meet product specifications.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to source materials.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
• Compile and present findings to management.
• Manage and execute small-scale projects as required.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress.
• Act as a liaison between engineering and production teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Comprehensive understanding of chemical process dynamics is a plus.

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment preferred
