Job Description

Responsibilities

• Analyze design specifications and requirements for aerospace projects.
• Perform stress analysis and failure mode assessments.
• Develop prototypes and conduct performance testing.
• Lead engineering meetings to discuss project challenges and updates.
• Review and evaluate design changes for feasibility.
• Coordinate with manufacturing for the integration of engineered solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Facilitate project kick-off and progress meetings.
• Implement quality assurance procedures and checks.
• Document all engineering processes and changes thoroughly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in aerospace engineering or related discipline

Technical Skills

• CAD Software
• Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license
