Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Training and Development Manager to lead our learning initiatives in Port Elizabeth. You will design and implement training programs tailored to enhance employee performance, engagement, and growth in our dynamic organization. Your expertise will drive the development of our team, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire training cycle from needs assessment to evaluation.
  • Create and maintain a training calendar to ensure timely delivery of programs.
  • Embed a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  • Monitor and assess the return on investment of training programs.
  • Act as a mentor to junior team members in the HR department.

  • Coaching Certification: Possessing coaching qualifications to support employee development.
  • Bilingual Skills: Ability to conduct training sessions in Afrikaans is a plus.
