Job Description

As a Project Manager at Construction Solutions Ltd., you'll oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You will lead cross-functional teams and liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure optimal project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management processes and best practices.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Facilitate communication between team members and external vendors.
• Evaluate project performance and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct project meetings to communicate status and updates.

• Document project learnings and share with team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Ensure detailed reporting and documentation of project phases.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field is preferred
• Certification in Agile project management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of extensive experience in project management
