Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• ITIL Certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support

Technical Skills

• Linux OS

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• CompTIA Network+

Languages

• English: Fluent
