Responsibilities

  • Assist with the deployment of new applications and systems.
  • Manage user accounts and access controls for IT systems.
  • Perform regular system maintenance checks and updates.
  • Work with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.

  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Implement security protocols to safeguard IT infrastructure.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • ITIL Certification preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support
