Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Durban. You will lead project teams, liaise with clients, and ensure all project deliverables meet company and regulatory standards. A strong background in managing construction schedules and budgets is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage key aspects of project delivery - timeline, budget, and quality.
• Engage with clients to clarify project requirements and expectations.
• Prepare and issue contracts to subcontractors and ensure adherence.
• Generate project reports for senior management.
• Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
• Provide leadership and training for project teams.
• Evaluate and resolve project issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate project success.

Requirements

Education

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Bachelor's in a relevant field preferred

• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects
