Job Description

As an Independent Distributor, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our distribution network for FMCG products. This position is well-suited for self-motivated individuals who possess a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and onboarding new distributors to enhance network strength.
• Training distributors on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Building strong relationships with vendors and clients.
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities.
• Developing and executing marketing plans for product launches.
• Evaluating distributor performance and offering strategic improvements.
• Collaborating with other departments for effective distribution management.
• Creating and maintaining detailed records of sales activities.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Sales and Marketing qualifications preferable

Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG sales or distribution

Technical Skills

• CRM Software proficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills

• Self-motivated
• Analytical thinking

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
