Shoe Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Shoe Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate and maintain machines that mold, assemble, and finish safety shoes. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery according to production specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure machinery is working efficiently.
• Work closely with quality control to resolve any defects in production.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Keep accurate production records and report to supervisors.
• Assist with inventory management of materials needed for production.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in manufacturing or a related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in shoe production.
