Job Description

As a Structural Engineer, you will lead the design and execution of structural systems in diverse projects. Your expertise will guide the construction phase ensuring all structural requirements are met for safety and reliability. Candidates should be comfortable with both traditional and innovative engineering methods.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the drafting of construction documents and design reports.
  • Coordinate with municipal authorities for project approvals.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new design projects.
  • Establish and maintain project budgets and timelines.
  • Respond to technical queries from clients and contractors.
  • Ensure team adherence to project schedules and deliverables.
  • Manage project risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Facilitate communication between design teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct presentations to clients on design proposals.
  • Ensure designs meet sustainability and environmental standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
  • Master's degree will be an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of structural engineering experience
Technical Skills
  • Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
Soft Skills
  • Leadership
Certifications
  • Certified Structural Engineer (CSE)
  • LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) is a plus
Languages
  • English: Fluent
