Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst who can turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. Your expertise will help shape the strategic direction of our projects and provide vital support throughout the organization. This role will require collaboration with various teams to create dashboards and reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
• Present data findings in visually appealing and easy-to-understand formats.
• Engage with senior management to understand data needs.
• Train staff on data interpretation and analytical techniques.
• Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and issues.
• Design reporting templates for efficiency.
• Support marketing and operations teams with analytic insights.
• Contribute to strategic planning through data analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in a data analytics role
