Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc. in Bloemfontein, you will be the first point of contact for IT support. Your role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring systems, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in technology support.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between users and IT teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant IT certifications preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a technical support role
