Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our team in Johannesburg. This role will involve dispensing medications, providing patient counselling, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Ideal candidates will have a strong grasp of pharmaceutical sciences and a passion for contributing to community health.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee pharmacy operations and support staff.
  • Implement best practices for medication storage.
  • Conduct medication therapy management reviews.
  • Develop relationships with patients to understand their health needs.
  • Assist in training pharmacy technicians and interns.
  • Stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or relevant qualification
  • Postgraduate diploma in Clinical Pharmacy is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical or retail pharmacy
