We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Sales Associate to join our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales operations by developing strong customer relationships, identifying client needs, and effectively presenting our products and services. A successful Sales Associate will have a keen understanding of the sales process and possess excellent communication skills, with the capability to engage clients confidently.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers to facilitate sales.
• Assess customer requirements and propose suitable products.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and improvements.
• Conduct follow-up communications after sales meetings.
• Work with the marketing department for lead generation.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and promotions.
• Assist with training new team members.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Participate in trade shows and exhibitions where necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Sales or Marketing
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a sales role with proven track record

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
