We are looking for a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with a focus on enhancing internal control systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities

• Lead audits of various business units and functions.
• Assess financial reporting and control systems for compliance.
• Provide insights into financial and operational practices.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining audit findings and recommendations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategic audit plans.
• Offer training and support to team members regarding auditing standards.
• Assist with external audit preparations as required.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance.
• Use data analytics to enhance audit effectiveness.
• Conduct follow-up audits to verify corrective actions have been implemented.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or related field is preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in internal or external auditing

Certifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
