Job Description

The Signals Intelligence Analysis Manager will lead a team of skilled analysts to oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of signals intelligence. This role involves working closely across departments to ensure effective collaboration and strategic insights, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead intelligence analysis and oversee internal and external reporting.
  • Ensure timely collection and analysis of intelligence data.
  • Foster collaboration among different teams for holistic insight.
  • Assess team performance and implement improvement strategies.
  • Review compliance and procedural integrity in intelligence operations.
  • Act as a liaison with external organizations and government bodies.
  • Manage risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Master's degree in related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in management of intelligence teams
