We are looking for a skilled Grinder to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining grinding machines to grind a variety of materials to precision tolerances and specified finishes. This role demands a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual grinding machines to achieve high-precision finishes.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of grinding equipment.
• Utilize measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Adjust machine settings based on inspection results to maintain optimal performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records of grinding operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate or diploma in machine tool technology or related field is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in grinding operations
