Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to enhance our digital presence in Johannesburg. You'll be responsible for devising effective strategies aimed at increasing our organic search traffic and improving search engine rankings.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
• Manage SEO campaigns to improve organic search visibility.
• Analyze competitor strategies and make recommendations.
• Conduct site audits and ensure websites meet SEO best practices.
• Provide SEO training for content creators.
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of SEO strategies.
• Assist in troubleshooting SEO issues and implementing solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or relevant discipline
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in SEO with a focus on content marketing

Technical Skills

• On-page and Off-page SEO
• Content Management Systems

Soft Skills

• Creative Thinking

Certifications

• HubSpot Content Marketing Certification
• SEO Certification from recognized provider

Languages

• English: Fluent
