Cloud Engineer

Job Description

We are searching for a Cloud Engineer to support our cloud initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cloud-based applications and services. Your expertise in managing cloud environments, particularly in infrastructure and automation, will be crucial in ensuring resource optimization and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to manage cloud environments.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving cloud-related issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define cloud requirements and best practices.
• Develop documentation for cloud processes and environments.
• Perform regular evaluations of cloud services to ensure they meet performance standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in IT or related area is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in cloud engineering roles

Technical Skills

• Docker
• Kubernetes

Soft Skills

• Team player
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of serverless architectures: Understanding of serverless technology and its applications.
• Experience with monitoring tools: Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch and Prometheus.
