UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX Designer who is eager to create engaging and effective digital experiences. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to design visually appealing products that meet user needs while aligning with our clients' business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to gather user insights and understand user behavior.
• Create user personas and customer journey maps.
• Iteratively design user flows and information architecture.
• Deliver compelling visual design proposals detailing the user interface.
• Evaluate product usability through A/B testing and collect quantitative feedback.
• Incorporate accessibility considerations into all design processes.
• Create and maintain style guides and documentation for design systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, or related field
• A Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX design or related fields
