We are seeking a skilled Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our production team. As a mill operator, you will play a crucial role in the operation and maintenance of milling machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality products in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate crushing and grinding machinery.
• Adjust machine settings based on product specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Document production outputs and report anomalies to supervisors.
• Maintain workplace safety by following established protocols.
• Ensure machines are clean and well-maintained.
• Support team members in achieving production targets.
• Participate in training sessions for skill enhancement.
• Assist with inventory management as required.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
