As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing quality assurance protocols, conducting testing and analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality. This role is vital in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the testing of software applications to ensure they meet requirements.
• Develop automated testing scripts for more efficient testing.
• Liaise with clients to understand their quality expectations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Research and implement new QA tools and technologies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of testing activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance

• Regression Testing
• Performance Testing

Certifications

• Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)
• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with testing web applications: Hands-on experience testing web applications for functionality and usability.
• Familiarity with API testing: Basic knowledge of API testing protocols like Postman.
