Job Description

As a Corporate Finance Analyst in Johannesburg, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategies. You'll collaborate with teams to conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and provide insights that guide our business decisions. Responsibilities

• Analyze past financial performance to forecast future financial trends.
• Develop acquisition proposals and evaluate managing funds appropriately.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor key financial metrics and perform variance analysis.
• Collaborate on financial system implementations to enhance reporting.
• Support other analysts in financial modelling and analysis.
• Participate in strategic financial planning sessions.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses as requested by stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related area
• Professional certifications (CFA/CPA) are preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in financial analysis or corporate finance roles
