We're on the lookout for a talented Network Engineer to join our vibrant team in Port Elizabeth. As a Network Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting network structures that support our growing infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing complex networks and a knack for solving technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Ensure network connectivity across all organizational units.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for network systems.
• Conduct network vulnerability assessments.
• Train staff on network best practices and protocols.
• Configure VPNs and remote access solutions.
• Coordinate with service providers for internet and telecom services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a network administrator role

Certifications

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Languages

Advantageous
