Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or similar field
• Master's degree in Instructional Design is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in online teaching or related fields

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Video Conferencing Tools

Certifications

• Online Teaching Certification
• Educational Technology Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Learning Analytics: Ability to interpret learning analytics to enhance course delivery.
• Experience with Open Educational Resources (OER): Knowledge of utilizing Open Educational Resources in course design.
