Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for project initiatives and business strategies.
• Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities based on analysis.
• Support the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure all financial reports are prepared in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators to assess financial health.
• Develop dashboards for real-time financial performance tracking.
• Contribute to strategic discussions impacting financial outcomes.
• Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and financial presentations.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements within the finance team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Finance preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis
