Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our technological infrastructure runs smoothly. Based in our Johannesburg office, you will assist clients with troubleshooting IT issues and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT systems and support processes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to internal users and clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults.
  • Assist with IT asset management and inventory control.
  • Support the IT team in implementing new technologies.
  • Engage with vendors and service providers for technical assistance.
  • Keep up to date with the latest IT trends and best practices.
  • Provide feedback on user experience to improve services.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
