Job Description

As an Actuary at Leading Financial Services Group, you will utilize your analytical skills to interpret complex data, advise on risk management, and contribute to the financial planning and decision-making process of the company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze statistical data and use actuarial models to help predict future events.
• Assess financial risk using sophisticated models and analytical techniques.
• Prepare reports on findings and present recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate actuarial insights into financial plans.
• Monitor and report on company investments and market trends.
• Support the pricing of products through thorough analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and actuarial standards.
• Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in actuarial science.
• Contribute to the development of actuarial policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Fellowship of the Actuarial Society is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in actuarial work, preferably in insurance or financial services
