Job Description

We're looking for a Financial Analyst based in Pretoria to provide insight into business performance and drive strategic initiatives. This role requires analytical expertise and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Perform variance analysis and prepare insights for senior management.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis as required by management.
• Maintain financial databases and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare presentations for financial reviews.
• Participate in team projects related to financial processes and systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or reporting

Technical Skills

• Budgeting
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Team player
• Detail-oriented

Certifications

• CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants)
• Financial Risk Manager (FRM) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with SAP or Oracle: Experience using SAP or Oracle for financial management.
• Advanced statistical analysis skills: Ability to perform complex statistical analyses for forecasting.
