Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you'll be instrumental in interpreting data and generating meaningful reports. This role demands a keen analytical mind and the ability to convey findings effectively to stakeholders. You'll work closely with our data science team to leverage data for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze data to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
• Create dashboards and visualizations that help communicate insights effectively.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure data systems meet the needs of the analytics team.
• Conduct periodic data quality assessments to identify discrepancies.
• Train staff on data tools and analysis methodologies.
• Research and implement best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in data analytics

• Afrikaans: Conversational
