Job Description

The Churner plays a vital role in managing customer churn rates for the company. This position involves analyzing customer data to identify trends and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and level surfaces for installing terrazzo flooring.
• Mix and spread terrazzo materials including chips and binders.
• Grind and polish surfaces to achieve the desired shine and finish.
• Apply sealants and finishing products to protect surfaces.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a high level of cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the project manager to meet deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks on completed installations.
• Maintain accurate records of project work.
• Assist in the training of junior finishers.
• Follow up on client feedback and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12/Matric Certificate

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in terrazzo finishing.

Technical Skills

• Grinding and polishing expertise
• Adhesive application skills

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal skills

Advantageous

• Knowledge of various terrazzo materials: Understanding different types of chips and aggregates used.
• Experience working with clients: Familiarity with client interactions and contractor relations.
