Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for improving processes. This role involves evaluating existing systems, designing new processes, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate production methods and recommend appropriate improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT to integrate technology solutions into production processes.
  • Analyze data trends to drive decision-making.
  • Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
  • Manage projects from conception through implementation.
  • Identify safety hazards related to operational activities and address them.
  • Promote cross-functional teamwork to achieve operational goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes and refine as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineering registration is an advantage
