Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of various events, maintaining high quality.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ascertain their needs.
• Handle logistical aspects, including venue selection and catering services.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce event materials and signage.
• Track event metrics and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Develop relationship with vendors and negotiate favorable rates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Assist in training and supervising junior planning staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Relevant certifications in event planning are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in event planning
