We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Technician to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in telecommunications networks and systems, with a focus on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various telecommunications equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of telecommunications parts and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Evaluate and recommend new technology and equipment.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement of service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field
• Additional certifications in advanced networking are advantageous.

Experience

• 3+ years in a similar role with a strong track record.
