Job Description

We are looking for an Aerospace Engineer based in Cape Town. This role will involve working on state-of-the-art aerospace projects, including the design and manufacturing of aircraft components. Candidates will collaborate with engineering teams to solve technical challenges, ensuring all systems meet necessary safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process for new aerospace projects.
  • Analyze data from tests to validate performance criteria.
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams for production workflows.
  • Lead project meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
  • Assess the feasibility of new technologies for future projects.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Write and maintain design specifications and documentation.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in aerospace engineering
