The successful candidate will engage in various aspects of investment banking, including mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and client relationship management. Prior experience in the finance sector is essential, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in structuring and executing M&A transactions.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and valuation of client companies.
• Develop financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Prepare pitch books and client presentations.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful transaction execution.
• Stay updated with market trends and provide strategic insights to clients.
• Support the due diligence process and coordination with external advisors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Relevant certifications like CFA or CAIA are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of investment banking experience or related field
