UI/UX Designer

Job Description

In this role, you'll transform ideas into delightful and functional design solutions. We seek a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about solving problems through design and creating experiences that resonate with users.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design requirements.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Ensure designs meet brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Provide support to front-end developers during implementation.
• Mentor junior designers and provide design critiques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma/Sketch
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

• Creative thinking
• Communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with HTML/CSS and front-end development: While not mandatory, familiarity with front-end coding will give an advantage.
• Understanding of SEO principles: Knowledge of basic SEO principles in design practices.
