Job Description

As a UX Designer at Creative Solutions Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in guiding the user experience strategy. Your responsibilities will include conducting usability testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and applying UX best practices to our design processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design projects and execute user-centered design processes.
• Conduct competitor analysis and synthesize findings into actionable design enhancements.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices across the team.
• Utilize tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD to create high-fidelity prototypes.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and refine designs accordingly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX design or a related field
