Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Equipment Operator responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and graders. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in heavy equipment operation and safety practices. You will be working on various construction projects across the region, contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch services.

Responsibilities

• Utilize heavy equipment to carry out excavation, grading, and transport activities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure personal and team safety.
• Provide support to other construction personnel as required.
• Monitor equipment performance and address minor issues as they arise.
• Participate in training and safety meetings.
• Ensure that operational areas are kept organized and free from hazards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in the construction or mining industry
