Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts and permissions in network services.
• Perform network diagnostics and cable management.
• Assist in planning and executing upgrades to network infrastructure.
• Regularly review and improve network security measures.
• Provide support for mobile devices and remote access solutions.
• Work with other IT team members to optimize system performance.
• Document technical procedures and user manuals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in network management and support

• Cisco Routers and Switches

Certifications

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Languages
