Responsibilities

• Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual results.
• Develop detailed financial models for projections and scenario analysis.
• Assist in managing cash flow and working capital.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting systems.
• Contribute to the continual enhancement of financial tools and processes.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior finance team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications (CMA, CFA) are favorable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or business analysis roles
