As a Technical Writer, you'll be responsible for creating user manuals, online help, and training materials that simplify the complexities of our technology for our users. You will collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure accurate and clear communication of technical concepts. We are seeking someone with a strong ability to convey information in a user-friendly manner, making our products accessible to everyone.

Responsibilities

• Design clear and comprehensive documentation for technical systems and products.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze information.
• Convert technical specifications and requirements into user-friendly content.
• Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Review and enhance existing documentation to improve information delivery.
• Engage with support teams to understand common user issues and address them in documentation.
• Utilize graphics and visuals to enhance user understanding.
• Monitor industry trends to keep documentation relevant and informative.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Technical Communication is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing
