As an Educational Guidance Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students' academic and personal development. Your responsibilities will include providing individual and group counseling, developing programs, and collaborating closely with educators and parents.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students individually and in groups on educational and personal challenges.
• Create and execute programs that encourage and support academic achievement.
• Work closely with school staff and parents to develop individualized support strategies.
• Document and analyze counseling sessions to track student growth and intervention success.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in educational counseling.
