Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various equipment and machinery. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be tasked with ensuring optimal performance across all operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on repair and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Analyze equipment failures and develop effective solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop and work areas.
• Support other departments with technical expertise.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining safety data sheets (SDS) and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Trade Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance roles

Technical Skills

• Welding
• Hydraulic Systems

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Detail-oriented

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• First Aid Certification: Possession of First Aid Certification is a plus.
• Forklift License: A valid forklift license is an advantage.
