Job Description

We are in search of a Tax Compliance Manager to oversee and manage compliance processes, ensuring adherence to tax regulations while optimizing our clients' tax positions. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to navigate complex tax legislation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee tax compliance systems and processes.
• Ensure timely filing of all tax-related documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and industry best practices.
• Analyze financial data to identify tax implications.
• Proactively communicate with clients about compliance requirements.
• Foster relationships with tax authorities and keep abreast of their updates.
• Prepare risk assessments and monitor tax compliance indicators.
• Advise clients on the implications of financial decisions on their tax obligations.
• Supervise and mentor tax compliance team members.
• Evaluate and improve tax compliance systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree or equivalent certification is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in tax compliance or related roles

• Knowledge of VAT and Income Tax
