Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Cape Town team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that technology aligns with business goals. You will analyze business needs, provide insights, and facilitate the implementation of technology solutions to enhance business processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals.
• Document business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Assist in the development and execution of user acceptance testing.
• Conduct market research to inform business strategies and technology investments.
• Support project management in tracking deliverables and timelines.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and met.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Identify risks and issues associated with project delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field
• Master's degree in Business Analytics is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in business analysis
