We are on the lookout for a creative Architect to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for developing detailed architectural plans, conducting site assessments, and collaborating with engineers and contractors to bring projects to life.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative and functional designs for various projects.
• Engage in client consultations to determine project requirements.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with municipal offices for zoning approvals.
• Lead project meetings and ensure timely communication among teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Professional Architect Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
