You will be responsible for developing detailed architectural plans, conducting site assessments, and collaborating with engineers and contractors to bring projects to life.

Responsibilities

• Design bespoke architectural solutions tailored to client needs.
• Liaise with stakeholders during the design and construction phases.
• Conduct post-occupancy evaluations to assess project success.
• Implement sustainable design principles in all projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Professional Architect Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in landscape architecture: Involvement in merging landscape with architecture for zoos and parks.
• Knowledge of historic preservation: Expertise in preserving and restoring historical sites.
