• Support the IT Manager in strategic planning for IT upgrades.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Certifications in specific technologies (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical support
