The Retail Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive sales initiatives to enhance customer experience. This role demands a proactive approach to managing both the floor and the backend operations while maintaining high standards of service and presentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
• MBA is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in retail management
