Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Psychologist to provide mental health services to a diverse client base. Your role will involve conducting assessments, formulating treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions. Your expertise will contribute significantly to clients' emotional well-being and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient histories to identify psychological issues.
• Implement individual and group therapy sessions.
• Conduct follow-up evaluations and adjust therapy techniques as necessary.
• Assist in crisis intervention when required.
• Create a supportive and safe environment for clients.
• Implement educational workshops on mental wellness.
• Foster partnerships with local outreach programs to enhance community resources.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plan adjustments securely.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities.
• Contribute to the center's goals of promoting overall mental health.

Requirements

Education

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
• Registration with Health Professions Council of South Africa required

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a clinical setting
